Housekeeping: The condo will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. For longer stays, an interim cleaning can be arranged upon request (for an additional fee). Safety: For your peace of mind, Sunset Point is a gated property with security cameras in common areas. The unit has smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. The shoreline here is ironshore (rocky), so exercise caution when entering the water – we recommend water shoes and snorkeling with a buddy. There is ladder access to the sea via the dive site next door.
No Smoking/Pets: No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the condo (you may do so in outdoor areas with doors closed). Unfortunately, pets are not permitted for short-term guests.
