Hepps Pipeline (30 ft to 70 ft mini wall) and Hepps Wall (70 ft to 4000 ft Cayman Trench). Coconut Bay is a small complex of 26 condos set amid lush tropical gardens at the edge of the Caribbean Sea. Access to two large heated pools with gazebos and WiFi with the best sunsets on the island. Cayman Divers Delight is unique as it is the only spacious end unit for rent with over 2350 square feet and extra windows on each floor! Three bedrooms and 3.5 baths set over 3 floors in this spacious townhouse style condo also offers a private covered patio and gas grill just steps from the pool. Coconut Bay Resort is in close proximity to Seven Mile Beach (1.5 miles). The complex, Coconut Bay, is quiet and would suit those who don't like the hustle of heavy tourist traffic on Seven Mile Beach but still want to be close to all the action on the beach. Guests enjoy discounts on Stingray Adventures (10%) for diving/boat trips/kayak and paddle board rentals. Dive training is available onsite through a resident instructor and can be done in one of the 2 pools. Dive tanks, gear, and outdoor shower area are available 24/7 to residents of the complex. There is nothing better than staying at Coconut Bay Resort, sitting on a lounger on the private beach area, and watching the sun go down while sipping a cocktail, then returning to the privacy of your condo covered patio and having a barbecue.
