The south side beaches are the only ones that do not have Iron Shore on the Island. The Cottage is located on the grounds of the resident owner and is within walking distance to resorts, restaurants, gift shops ,spirits and rum store, and car rental agencies. This area is on the windward side of the island and the Cottage's peaceful surroundings offer rest and relaxation. with cooling breezes. There is a 13% tourist tax based on the total nightly charge the that must be paid to the owner in US cash upon arrival for submission to the Government.*
