Both bedrooms are en-suite. Living and dining room is open concept. Family room has pull out sofa bed, workspace and board game table. Beautifully furnished. Bedrooms, living room and family room all have TVs. Kitchen is fully furnished with a separate coffee & wine bar. House sits on an acre of land with beautiful plants, fruit trees, cliff rocks, local birds, and wildlife. A short walk across the street is the beach with an iron shore and tranquil spot to watch the sunsets. Covered carport with separate outdoor dining spaces equipped with BBQ grill. Enjoy a cocktail sitting outside or relax with a book in the hammock.
