This unit feels especially spacious because of the Amazing vaulted ceilings and bright open floorplan with fantastic light natural light. The large balcony with views of the ocean and pool is a great spot to end the day with a good book or glass of wine!
There are many nearby restaurants and an on site pool bar (food and drinks) for extra convenience.
To prospective guests: A new Hyatt Centric Hotel is being built behind our complex on the street Construction will commence in September 2026 with completion scheduled for the end of 2028 Our complex, Sunset Cove Condominiums, is a completely separate entity and will be fully operational during this period. We are located on the beach with all our own amenities, including a large tropical pool, kiddie wading pool, hot tub and swim up pool bar. Every effort is being made to coordinate with the new hotel and we anticipate minimal disruption to our guests. In consideration of the construction pricing has been adjusted to accommodate for any possible inconveniences.
