Situated on a canal in the exclusive residential community known as Governors Harbour, this beautiful, custom designed, contemporary home offers a modern, functional and family friendly open floor plan, teaming with natural light, beautiful furnishings, a stunning sunken living room, a large comfortable family room with smart TV so that you can catch up those shows you wanted to see, or binge watch new ones.
Off the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, with a kitchen island, custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances. A second family room area leads to a gorgeous outdoor gazebo where guests may enjoy morning coffee, afternoon drinks or al fresco dining.
The villa also boasts a separate butlers pantry which accommodates a complete coffee station (including a traditional filtered coffee machine, an espresso machine and a Keurig machine). That area also serves as a wet bar, and is complete with a wine cooler and and ice maker for cocktails.
With all of the amenities to accommodate a group of friends or a family, Villa Maridadi can comfortably accommodate 9 people in its 4 large bedrooms and twin sleeper sofa located in the den.
The master suite has a comfortable King bed, where you can curl up at the end of a sun filled day or you can enjoy the tranquil spa like bath. Two of the guest bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th bedroom has a bunk bed, perfect for children or young adults!
The state of the art, custom kitchen will give endless joy to any aspiring chef. The large counter, dining and bar stools make this a great space to congregate and reminisce about the days activities, while preparing a delicious meal!
Outdoors, Villa Maridadi has a large gas BBQ grill, perfect for an island cookout. The pool area provides plenty of space to lounge and get some sun, and the gazebo area provides a shady, gathering area, whether in the morning to plan a day's activities or in the evening to share experiences of the day.
Villa Maridadi's private dock on the canal provides access to the North Sound, Stingray City, Rum Point and more. So if you wish to hire a boat, or Wave runners, there is plenty of space to park them right at the villa dock. It is also a perfect, waterway for kayaking, paddle boarding and exploring the natural environment of the surrounding area, should you wish to rent these items.
Once back indoors, the comfortable family room/TV area boasts a large sectional where you can watch movies on the big screen, with an indoor/outdoor surround sound system.
Villa Maridadi is a short walk from the powdery white sands of Seven Mile Beach and restaurants at the neighboring Kimpton Seafire Resort, coffee shops and gift shops. The Governors Square outdoor shopping plaza, a 5 minute drive from the villa, has numerous retail shops, a coffee shop, a bank and an ATM, a liquor store, a grocery store and much more, all for your convenience. Less than a 5 minute drive, guests will find Caymana Bay, an upscale area complete with a supermarket, liquor store, bank machine, high end shopping, coffee shops restaurants for every palate, and a beautiful, lit fountain popular with our younger guests.
