-A/C: To ensure the air conditioning runs smoothly, please set the temperature between 73-78°F/ 22-26°C. Setting it too low or allowing doors to stay open will cause leaks and may freeze the unit. Thank you for helping keep our home comfortable!
-No Parties or Events: Out of respect for our neighbors and to maintain the tranquility of our space, we do not allow parties or events without prior approval.
-No Unregistered Guests: For safety and security reasons, only guests listed on the booking are permitted to stay or access the property.
-No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the condo.
-Doors and Windows: Please keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is on to ensure its efficiency and keep mosquitoes out.
-Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM for the comfort of all guests.
-Safety: For your safety, please avoid using candles or leaving appliances on when you are away from the property.

Pet Policy
We're happy to welcome well-behaved pets with prior approval. To help maintain our home and yard for all guests, the following applies:
Non-refundable pet cleaning fee: $150 per stay (covers extra cleaning and sanitation).
Refundable pet deposit: $350 (included as part of the security deposit and refunded in full if there's no pet damage or extra cleaning needed).
Maximum of 2 small pets or 1 large pet per stay.
Pets must be listed on the reservation and pre-approved before arrival.
Please keep pets off all furniture and out of the pool.
Before checkout, yard must be cleaned of pet waste. Waste bags should be placed in a garbage bag and into the outside bin for disposal.
Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning caused by pets.
