Property activities include: a boule/bocce ball court, ping-pong table, multiple outdoor seating/dining areas in both the sun and shade, beach chairs, a kayak, paddle board, bicycles, coolers and beach towels.
There are three suites in the house, each with: locked entry, private bathroom, 65"TV & kitchenette.
There is more than enough space to bring an air mattress into two rooms if you desire to have more than 10 people.
All suites share a fully stacked chefs kitchen, dining room, extra TV & games room and multiple seating areas in the shade & sun outside.
Two sides of the property border tropical forest so you can expect to see lots of Cayman wildlife: Green Parrots, Agoutis, Iguanas, and of course, Cayman's beloved chickens to name a few!
As we are sandwiched between the famous Seven-Mile Beach and Rum Point, guests have lots to explore. Also a short drive away are tons of smaller but equally as beautiful beaches like Spotts/Cemetery Beach and historical sites like Pedro St. James.
