The Space:
Experience the serenity of our oceanfront condominium in West Bay — the privacy of your own home with resort amenities on the doorstep. The open-plan living area is bathed in natural light and flows onto a large private north-west-facing balcony, right on the water: the perfect spot for sunset drinks with an uninterrupted sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker. The master bedroom has a plush king-size bed, blackout curtains for a restful sleep and an en-suite bathroom; a separate powder room is also provided. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, enjoy the smart TV, and make use of the in-unit washer and dryer. The whole condo is air-conditioned and has keyless entry. Guests also enjoy the shared swimming pool, hot tub, gym and beautifully landscaped gardens.
Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:
West Bay is the quiet, local end of Grand Cayman — fishing boats, dive shops and the island’s best casual seafood, with the sea on three sides. Macabuca and Cracked Conch are literally next door: beach bar, snorkelling off the deck and Monday-night barbecue at one, elegant oceanfront dining at the other. The Cayman Turtle Centre is a 400-metre stroll along the road; Hell, the fire station and the local bakery a little beyond. The top end of Seven Mile Beach is 2 km away, Cemetery Beach — the island’s best shore snorkelling — 3 km, and Governors Beach 6 km; beach bars Coccoloba and Bonny Moon are around 5 km and Tillie’s at Palm Heights 7 km. Foster’s supermarket and the pharmacy are 3 km up the road. The ironshore in front of the resort is some of the best shore diving on the island, and Stingray Adventures operates from Sunset Point for guided dives, snorkelling, fishing and boat charters — guests get VIP rates.
Getting Around:
A hire car is recommended; Owen Roberts International Airport is about 30 minutes. Taxis are easy to arrange, and there is a public bus along North West Point Road. The resort is right on the dive and sunset route, so most of what you’ll want is within a ten-minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
Housekeeping: a full clean before arrival; extra cleans can be arranged at additional cost for longer stays. Starter supply of toiletries, paper goods and laundry pods. Security: smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, keypad entry. No smoking indoors; no pets. Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM.
