This well appointed 2900 square foot condo is recently updated with an efficient kitchen with granite countertops, vaulted ceilings (with brand new fans) and with new modern furniture throughout including a 55" HD Flat Screen Smart TV in the main living space with Hulu and Netflix compatibility, a Sonos One speaker system (to which you can connect via wifi), and free local calls. The condo is equipped with upgraded high speed wireless internet connection so you can surf the internet while sitting on one of two balconies, enjoying the Caribbean breeze!
The master bedroom is the only bedroom on the third floor, with a king size bed, a spacious master bathroom, and private access to an open 600 square foot patio with new outdoor patio set including two loungers overlooking the ocean to thoroughly enjoy the sunsets! The second bedroom has 1 queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with direct access to the screened in patio. The third bedroom has two twin beds and an en suite bathroom. One additional half bathroom on the main floor finishes out the condo.
The condo is well appointed, maintained and very well equipped, ensuring a very comfortable and relaxing vacation stay, whether it be for days or weeks. This unit is located on the second and third floor, therefore ensuring a quiet atmosphere.
The pocket sliding patio doors accessing both patios create an expansive wall of glass for a truly open view while expanding your living space to the outside. A large screened in patio off the main floor provides an additional space for the family to sit for alfresco dining.
This resort is ideally suited for families or couples wanting a relaxing get away. The resort also has over 1200 feet of pristine, white, sandy beach with several great snorkeling points just a short swim away, as well as a pool and a tennis court. Although on the quieter side of Grand Cayman, there are several options to easily travel to Seven Mile Beach, including two water taxis (from Kaibo to Camana Bay or from Rum Point dock to Safehaven dock on Seven Mile Beach).
