Kai Baby, fully renovated in 2022, boasts a stylish interior with brand-new furnishings. The well-equipped kitchen features a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, a KDou Combo coffee maker for carafe or K-cup use, a microwave, blender, range, and toaster. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs connected to wifi, complemented by cable TV for additional entertainment along with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
Immerse yourself in the beautiful pool which will finish construction in August 2024, enjoy the beauty of our waters with complimentary watercraft, including an adult-size full paddleboard, two adult kayaks, a junior kayak, and a junior paddleboard. Life vests ensure safety during your aquatic adventures. To explore the charm of Rum Point, take advantage of our two adult bikes and two junior bikes.
For your peace of mind, Kai Baby features a comprehensive security system, including a Ring Alarm system, Ring Doorbell camera, and a Ring security camera above the rear door. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities at Kai Baby – your home away from home.
Please note:
- A refundable $500 Security Deposit is required and returned less than 14 days after vacancy pending any damages
- A signed waiver will be required for use of water sports equipment
- 13% Occupancy Tax added to all rates
- $35 Resort Fee per night is required
