Summary: The lobby area smells fresh and is modern. The halls and the actual room smells stale/old. The ceiling tiles in the halls were out and the carpet was worn and smelt. Room and furniture needs to be updated. Woke up to a foul odor coming from the bathroom after my 1st night's stay. Front desk staff said there is a sewer issue they're aware of. Staff is courteous and professional. However, manager refused to provide an adequate resolution after a loud the disorderly neighbor in the adjoining room woke my child and I around 1 am with loud, cursing and arguing. I told them my child and I felt unsafe and had a hard time going back to sleep. We were told by the front desk that we should have called at the time of the disturbance, while we were literally afraid for our safety. All the offered was complimentary breakfast. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE $300+ PER NIGHT. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
